Today, Structure Tone announced the appointment of Christopher D. Barbee, a PricewaterhouseCoopers’ veteran, to its Board of Directors. The addition of Mr. Barbee brings the number of independent outside directors seated on the organization’s ten-member Board to four. In his new role, he will serve as the chair of the Board’s Audit, Finance & Risk committee, overseeing the direction of the organization and monitoring its compliance efforts.
