Structure Tone teamed with Boston Properties to complete a 35,000sf amenity center located on the 2nd floor of the GM Building, also known as the Savoy Club. Our scope of work consisted of an on-site conferencing and events center with three rooms divisible by vertical folding partitions, a reception lounge with full-service bar, a cooking kitchen with customizable menu and catering options, casual dining facilities, and first-class gym and spa for prioritizing wellness.
To attract tenants and enhance the experience for existing occupants, Boston Properties engaged in a significant renovation of the entrance and lobbies to its Citicorp building property.
