Clad in a unitized curtain wall and a UHPC metal panel system, this facility will include wet laboratories, adjacent support, and administrative spaces to accommodate more than 30 principal investigators and their support staff.

To anticipate meeting the increasing healthcare needs of Staten Island’s communities, Northwell Health enlisted the services of LF Driscoll Healthcare and EwingCole to assess three expansion/renovation options for SIUH’s South Campus.
LF Driscoll Healthcare led the renovation of an existing 448sf CT room to an updated CT scan room, which included minor selective demolition, renovation of the control room, a new HVAC system with exterior air-cooled condenser, electrical service, modification of the existing sprinkler system, as well as ceilings, millwork, flooring, and paint—all completed in an aggressive 6-week period.
The LF Driscoll Healthcare Team led an extensive project at Richmond University Medical Center to upgrade the hospital’s Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU). The renovation consisted of the demolition of 21 existing patient rooms on the north side of the third floor and construction of 14 new MICU patient rooms and other support services.
In order to expand into Hudson County, NJ, Englewood Health chose one of the fastest-growing markets in the state—Jersey City. Due to its ease of access and proximity to New York City, Jersey City is highly sought after by developers, businesses, and residents alike.
Our firm partnered with RWJBarnabas Health (RWJBH) and Rendina Healthcare Real Estate on the RWJBarnabas Health Family Care & Wellness in Toms River. The 90,000sf, Class-A healthcare facility, situated on 8 acres, is split with Children’s Specialized Hospital and Community Medical Center, both part of RWJBH, and houses children’s services, specialty pediatric care, wellness resources, and a surgical center.
