project
BCCI Construction was hired during programming to assist global public relations firm Edelman in site selection for the consolidation of their San Francisco operations. Utilizing our proprietary Real Time Estimator (RTE) tool, BCCI provided quick budgets for a number of locations prior to the final selection of 525 Market Street and worked in concert with the architectural team to align the eclectic interiors design with the client’s allocated budget for improvements. The unique space utilizes drapery to separate seating, meeting, and common areas in an open office environment along with a speakeasy inspired lounge. Reclaimed items were incorporated into the design including wood used in the custom bar and cafe shelving units and old high school bleachers which function as a casual gathering place. When part of the lighting package shipped late and in the wrong color, a spray booth was assembled on site to match the finish on the balance of the lighting and meet the client’s move-in date.
