Having previously completed multiple projects at Monument Health Rapid City, Layton provided CM-at-Risk services to help transform their existing campus. Expansion goals for the project included the addition of patient beds to transition to all private rooms, connected parking, improved wayfinding, and the addition of integrated physician spaces.
Riot Games could not have chosen a more apropos location for its Dublin home. The project repurposes the former Wright Venue, a five-storey, iconic nightclub and entertainment venue known for being home to the largest disco ball in Europe.

Healthcare
To anticipate meeting the increasing healthcare needs of Staten Island’s communities, Northwell Health enlisted the services of LF Driscoll Healthcare and EwingCole to assess three expansion/renovation options for SIUH’s South Campus.
Structure Tone successfully negotiated the Twilio Fitout Project and were appointed as the main contractor. The 14-week program included demolition, refurbishment of services, and an architectural fit-out of existing office space on a single floor of the occupied building.
Education, Higher Education, Sports & Entertainment
At the end of 2019, Layton broke ground on the expansion of the University of Utah’s Rice-Eccles Stadium, which included adding state-of-the-art locker rooms, two 177ft concrete towers, press boxes, and the Ken Garff Red Zone and premium suites that increased the capacity of the stadium by 5,637 seats.
Nestled on the edge of Downtown State College, the James Building, originally constructed in 1920 had reached the end of its useful life. To support the Downtown’s transformation efforts, The Pennsylvania State University decided to replace the James Building with a new six-story flexible makerspace facility that will become a hub for Penn State’s entrepreneurial and innovation initiatives.
