Transformation of an existing retail space into an upscale grocery destination in Seattle’s historic Crown Hill neighborhood.
Built by Abbott Construction, the high-end store offers a curated selection of made-to-order meals, a full-service butcher shop, fresh-baked goods, and a cozy cafe—all within a beautifully renovated space. The exterior renovation and interior tenant improvement were designed to create a seamless and inviting shopping experience, blending convenience with a warm, welcoming atmosphere that makes every visit feel like a special occasion.
