Structure Tone is a global leader in construction management and general contracting services with offices located in the US, UK, and Ireland. Founded in 1971, the company is among the world’s top twenty construction companies worldwide, responsible for more than $3.5B in annual construction volume.
Completed in 2018, the UPS Regional Hub in Salt Lake City spans 863,100 square feet, features more than 300 inbound and outbound dock doors, and is capable of processing 69,000 packages every hour. Additionally, four to five outbound wings allow for the delivery vehicles to drive into the facility at a recessed level, parking in two densely packed rows across from exterior dock doors, facilitating local and regional distribution.
A former manufacturing facility, this ground up construction involved extensive demolition with asbestos abatement and a speculative warehouse including office space and primary power service.
This project included a full sitework package that was developed on a 73-acre site. Building trades were sequenced to work continuously to limit remobilization cost and sequenced to minimize the overall construction schedule.
Lincoln Logistics 40, or “Lincoln Airfield”, is a 900,000-square-foot industrial building that sits adjacent to the Goodyear Airport. When it comes to features and amenities, this spec building developed by Lincoln Property Co.
Structure Tone Southwest was selected to complete preconstruction and construction services for K&N Filters in order to achieve their goal of having a centrally located industrial facility in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. K&N Filter’s new manufacturing facility consists of 525,000sf separated into three main areas: racking, office, and manufacturing.
Garrison Brothers, the Texas-based whiskey distillers, selected Structure Tone Southwest as the design-builder to construct their new barrel-ageing facility located in Hye, Texas.
PV|303 is a new master-planned business park that includes approximately 20 million square feet of industrial, office, and retail space at build-out. PV|303 is a gateway to serve key markets and includes expansive on-site amenities.

With Ultradent’s rapid growth, we have worked on the company’s campus several times in past years, renovating and expanding its manufacturing and distribution facility over three phases.
Spanning 18-acres, Turbo Resources’ topflight headquarters office encompasses 253,000 square feet of structural precast tees, glazed curtain wall glass utilizing insulated glazing modules, tilt-up walls, and structural steel columns. The roof is TPO insulated and features standoffs for the solar array system—which nearly completely covers the structure’s roof.
