This new 31,042sf facility allowed the Georgia Tech Police Department to replace obsolete police facilities, consolidate its units into one location, and modernize the police department’s functions, including updates to its emergency operations and forensics lab. The project required a significant amount of secure, outdoor, structured parking for patrol vehicles, utility trailers, and specialty vehicles.
