We were appointed to deliver a 100,000 sq ft Cat B fit out across four floors of Northeastern University’s London Campus (NUL), supporting the university’s growing student population and the introduction of new life sciences programmes as part of its largest UK expansion to date.
FanDuel’s NYC headquarters is a two-floor fit-out thoughtfully executed to support flexibility, collaboration, and long-term innovation. Structure Tone completed the project leveraging the team’s deep familiarity with the building, aligning the space with the client’s evolving needs.

Layton executed a high-stakes expansion of a live data center facility--doubling its footprint while maintaining zero downtime on an active campus. This mission critical project delivered 80MW of additional power capacity across six new data halls and two network operation centers.
Starting on a reclaimed brownfield site, Layton constructed a Tier III wholesale data center campus complete with its own electrical substation. The four-story core houses 400,000 SF of data hall space and specialized MPOE/MMR connectivity hubs.

Structure Tone provided construction services for prominent real estate investment and development firm, CommonWealth Partners, delivering a full office pre-build for an incoming tenant on the 21st floor. The suite fit-out included the elevator lobby, reception, lounge, kitchenette, conference rooms, and private offices.

This unique space has been purpose-designed to support the charity’s inspiring mission: to provide young adults with Down syndrome with certified training, practical work experience, and a pathway to paid employment.
