Villa Florence Hotel
BCCI Construction successfully completed the renovation of this historic hotel lobby in downtown San Francisco while the hotel remained in operation. Extensive structural renovations included seismic upgrades, a new glass and steel entry canopy and a property marquee sign. On the interior, new hickory wood flooring with an inlaid terrazzo mosaic, custom casework and the addition of a café and wine bar enhance the Italian theme, making this hotel a destination for visitors to Union Square.
