Ajax Building Company has promoted three construction professionals who serve the company’s Southeastern US clients.
Appie Wells has been promoted to Vice President of Operations. Wells has been with Ajax since 2016 and worked on many notable projects across the Southeast. As Vice President of Operations, he will be responsible for overseeing all of Ajax’s construction operations, which includes major public and private sector projects. Wells is also an adjunct lecturer in construction economics at Clemson University, his alma mater.
Troy Hernly has been hired to serve as Ajax’s Healthcare Operations Manager. Hernly has been in the construction industry for over 20 years, primarily in the healthcare and commercial sectors. As Healthcare Operations Manager, Hernly will oversee healthcare projects in the Southeastern US and ensure that they are being built with quality and safety.
Rick Guerra has been promoted to Director of Field Operations. Guerra has worked in the construction industry since 1982. Guerra is particularly skilled at managing major projects and delivering successful results for Ajax’s clients.
