Structure Tone To Deliver Their First Project In London’s Walkie Talkie
Structure Tone to deliver their first project in London’s Walkie Talkie
Selected by a confidential client, Structure Tone was contracted to carry out works to their offices in 20 Fenchurch (also known as the “The Walkie Talkie”), one of London’s most high-profile buildings.
Recognising that unrestricted access to health and fitness facilities is key to a successful and productive workplace, the client asked Structure Tone to install a brand new wellness space, including soft exercise and training areas, changing rooms, and showers as well as access to data and IT for first-class entertainment amenities expected in a space of this nature.
An extremely rapid fit-out, this project will be completed in just nine weeks, with all works occurring during night hours thanks to the office’s position within the building fabric.
“We are thrilled to take on this challenge for our client, especially in such an iconic building,” says Gary Dackombe, London’s Special Projects Director at Structure Tone. “Our sophisticated labour management plan will help maintain the project’s critical path and build a revitalised workplace that our client will be proud of.”
