LF Driscoll “tops out” JSUMC’s HOPE Tower Cancer Center
The final beam of Jersey Shore University Medical Center’s HOPE Tower was placed on September 15, 2016, marking a major milestone in the construction of the new 10-story cancer research and treatment center in Neptune, New Jersey.
LF Driscoll is leading the construction of this 299,000sf medical tower
, which will serve as the home of Meridian Research Services and the hospital system’s medical education programs. The building will house a dedicated Meridian Cancer Care center, outpatient imaging services, a clinical academic center, and an innovative simulation laboratory. Construction also includes an associated 9-story parking garage that will accommodate 1,500 parking spaces.

Sable, JSUMC president. “The topping out ceremony is an opportunity to recognize the dedication of team members and the construction crew that have made this vision a reality, and it’s a celebration of what the future holds for Jersey Shore and the community we serve.”
The HOPE Tower is on schedule to be completed in 2018. The project was designed by WHR Architects and project management services are led by Stantec.
