Sci and team are changing how facilities construction projects are managed
NEW YORK, NY (January 16, 2025) – Corporate office construction expert Michael Sci has joined the STO Building Group to lead the company’s Facilities Construction ServicesGo to https://stobuildinggroup.com/facilities-construction-services/ (FCS) team. As Senior Vice President of FCS, Sci will guide a team that helps corporate real estate teams across the globe manage their post-occupancy construction projects more efficiently and effectively.
Sci has worked for over 25 years in the corporate real estate industry, first in the real estate divisions of large finance firms such as Citigroup and GreenPoint Financial, followed by years managing a large office portfolio at JLL. In 2017 he founded his own project management and construction firm to leverage his corporate real estate management background as a builder.
“Mike is a proven leader with a track record of excellence in serving some of the most respected organizations in the world,” says Jim Donaghy, STO Building Group executive chairman. “He has seen how inefficient managing ongoing facility projects can be and is aligned with our FCS team in transforming that process to be transparent, technology-enabled, and efficient—all with the goal of making our clients’ lives easier.”
STO Building Group’s Facilities Construction Services (FCS) team partners their office construction experts with clients’ facilities management teams to deliver real-time construction solutions for their post-occupancy needs. In this approach, FCS becomes an extension of the client’s real estate team to streamline the process for ongoing maintenance and small projects and to ensure the space remains as beautiful and functional as the day they moved in.
Sci will lead this team in bringing the benefits of FCS to corporate office clients and project management partners across North America.
