Designed by BDG a+d and fitted out by Structure Tone, the 225,000sf new office is now home to over 2,500 staff, transforming this portion of the iconic former hotel into a modern workplace on a prime waterfront location. The renovations included linking the office’s 12 floors through a series of unique staircases, all while keeping the open, bright floor plan to maintain clear sight lines and water views throughout the space.
“Ogilvy & MEC’s new offices are simply stunning” says Dean Manning, managing director of Structure Tone UK. “We are thrilled to see the Sea Containers project honoured with such a prodigious award, particularly in the category of innovation, which is so evident in this inspiring workplace. This award reinforces our position as the market leader in delivering the highest quality of product in the interior fit-out market.”
A testament to the entire team, which includes Colliers International, BDG a+d and ARUP, the Ogilvy Group & MEC project continues to impress the construction industry.
