New York, NY (July 16, 2020) – The STO Building Group has enhanced its executive management team with a promotion and new addition to its Finance team. The firm has promoted Brian Lynch to Senior Vice President of Finance Operations of STO Building Group and named Dan Clark as Chief Financial Officer of Structure Tone, LLC, an STO Building Group company.
Brian Lynch has been a key member of the STOBG executive management team since 2006 when he was named CFO of Structure Tone, LLC. He joined the company in 1988, serving in financial management for several of the organization’s business units. In his new role, Lynch will broaden his responsibilities to include all of the STO Building Group operating units and play a key strategic role in the future growth and evolution of the overall organization.
Dan Clark has been in the AEC industry for 18 years. In that time, he has worked with some of the industry’s largest firms to implement finance strategies that solved complex business challenges and aligned operating practices with financial objectives. He will have a similar role at Structure Tone, where he will oversee the financial operations for Structure Tone’s Boston, New Hampshire, New York, New Jersey, and Philadelphia locations, as well as for Pavarini North East.
“As we continue our successful growth as an organization, we also continue to strengthen our Finance team to meet the ever-evolving obligations to our internal businesses and our external clients,” says Brett Phillips, chief financial officer of STO Building Group. “Elevating Brian to the STO Building Group level and adding Dan’s expertise to Structure Tone will help us continue to grow and further strengthen our organization.”
Both Lynch and Clark are based in STO Building Group’s New York City location.
