Structure Tone Southwest has promoted two leaders at their Dallas location
Dallas, TX (August 6, 2021) – Two senior Structure Tone Southwest professionals have been promoted to key roles in the organization: Brett Skyllingstad, Vice President of Business Development and Michael Contreras, Director of Technology.
As a data center and construction expert, Brett Skyllingstad has played a significant role in the mission critical and healthcare sectors and throughout the Structure Tone Southwest organization. Brett’s extensive background includes several years of dedication and focus on business development while supporting new and longtime client relationships. As Vice President of Business Development, Brett will continue to build his relationships with end-user clients, architects, and the real estate community in Northern Texas. Brett is an active board member of The Shoulders of Giants STEM Nonprofit, heavily involved with the Junior Achievement organization, and was recently added to the Junior Achievement Young Executives Board.
Michael “MC” Contreras has 20 years of technology industry knowledge, including years working with Cisco Systems to support large corporate clients. MC also has extensive construction experience and has become STSW’s resident expert on coordinating the various technology and MEP systems of the built environment. As part of STO Building Group’s Operations Technology Group (OTG), MC pilots cutting-edge technologies in the field, working with subcontractors and other partners to continually find smarter, more effective ways to work together. Over the last year, MC has taken STSW’s virtual construction capabilities to new heights as COVID presented new challenges in collaborating with clients and project partners in a virtual setting.
