Structure Tone Names New Managing Director of London Operations
Justin Fahy now oversees the business, along with a bolstered leadership team
London, UK (8 June 2022) – Construction management firm Structure Tone has named Justin Fahy its new Manager Director and brought back Preconstruction Director Jonathan Ross, along with promoting a number of leaders.

Justin has helped us rebuild our business and will similarly continue to lead our team’s continued growth. We are also thrilled to welcome back Jonathan Ross, a fixture in the London commercial real estate industry,” says James Reidy, Structure Tone International Managing Director. “We are quite pleased to see our hard work paying off already with some extremely prestigious projects with highly valued clients. The leadership team now includes the following:
Justin Fahy, Managing Director: As Managing Director, Justin leads the company’s growth in its core Commercial Interiors and Refurbishment sectors. With over 37 years of industry experience, Justin joined Structure Tone London in 2021 as Commercial Director where he was responsible for the strategic commercial and contractual direction of the business.
Kevin Crane, Operations Director: Kevin has been with the company for over 11 years, overseeing the construction of Structure Tone London’s most complex projects, including the Twenty St. James’s Street refurbishment for BentallGreenOak and, more recently, the new 160,000sf Rose Court Campus for WPP. His dedication to safety, quality, programme, and delivery made him the ideal candidate for this position.
Lee Aldridge, Commercial Director: In his five years with Structure Tone London, Lee has worked on some of the company’s flagship projects, such as Sidley, Ashurst LLP, Twenty St James’s Street, and Rose Court. Lee has developed a strong Commercial team and will remain focused on our projects and commercial ownership across our departments and teams.
Jonathan Ross, Preconstruction & Business Development Director: Jonathan Ross has returned to Structure Tone London in the role of Preconstruction & Business Development Director. Jonathan has over 20 years’ experience leading the business development and marketing function for some of the industry’s most innovative organisations, including M Moser Associates, Perkins + Will, and Unispace.
Caroline Williams, Finance Director: Caroline brings extensive, multi-industry financial expertise to the business. In her role, she has put a strong financial team in place and added more structure to the firm’s financial processes and coordination with the US-based corporate finance team.
