The First WELL Certified Building in Texas

Stryker’s commitment to fostering a culture of health and wellness was a crucial component when deciding who would construct their new, ground-up regional headquarters. That’s why they chose Structure Tone Southwest and BCCI Construction’s sustainability team to construct the first ever WELL accredited office space in Texas history! The over 320,000sf project was designed and built with the worker in mind, and houses amenities that would not only provide an enjoyable work environment, but also boost productivity and collaboration. The project is LEED Silver Certified and won ENR’s Award of Merit for Interior/Tenant Improvement in 2018.
