We have partnered twice with a venture capital firm on the build-out of their new offices located in the tranquil park setting of The Presidio. Marrying the clean, open vibe of a technology firm - with areas of exposed ceilings and concrete accent walls - and the high end look of a financial firm - with glass office fronts and high end finishes, the vibrant and polished workspace reflects the company's dynamic culture and entrepreneurial spirit. Completed in a LEED Gold-certified building with raised access flooring, a collaborative, design-build MEP approach was utilized to expedite preconstruction and eliminate potential conflicts. With irregular building angles, varying ceiling heights, and alignment challenges with the raised flooring, the build team meticulously laid out the space prior to the start of construction. Their commitment to ensuring every detail was executed precisely resulted in seamless construction experience and an exceptional finished product.
