Estimating Manager Structure Tone
TJ Henderson is a seasoned construction professional having been in the industry for over 18 years. Over the course of his career, he has spent significant time in various roles from estimating to operations. This diverse background has allowed him to gain a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of a construction project from inception to completion. Because of his time in operations, TJ has a thorough understanding of scheduling, logistics, constructability, lead time management, subcontractor relationships, and he applies this knowledge to his approach and leadership of the Philadelphia estimating team. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to project delivery, TJ has been able to build strong client and design team relationships. As estimating manager, TJ works hand-in-hand with preconstruction manager, Crystal Munion, to oversee all estimating and preconstruction deliverables for the Philadelphia business unit.
