Structure Tone Wins Two Project Awards from New England Chapter of CoreNet Global
Structure Tone Boston won two project awards from the New England Chapter of CoreNet Global at the organization’s 2026 Awards of Excellence. Each year, these awards recognize the outstanding corporate real estate achievements of Boston’s remarkable corporate real estate companies.
The first award was the Best New Workplace – Large for the team’s work to build the new LEGO Group Hub in Boston, Mass. After more than 50 years in Enfield, Conn., the relocation to Boston marked a strategic investment in accessing a broader talent pool and strengthening research partnerships with local institutions. Designed to translate the LEGO brand into the built environment through playful design, architectural excellence, and thoughtful engineering, the 157,000sf hub balances imaginative expression with high performance to support more than 800 colleagues. Structure Tone Boston also received the People’s Choice award for building Bain & Co’s new Boston headquarters. To accommodate consistent company growth, Bain relocated to the new 210,000sf space which features an internal connecting staircase, a plethora of office and collaboration spaces, and a prep kitchen.
