Construct A Kid’s Christmas
Structure Tone Southwest supports Construct A Kid’s Christmas Gala, which brings together local construction associations and other industry-related companies for an annual fundraiser to benefit foster kids in the custody of the Bexar County Child Welfare Board. Over the past 14 years, the San Antonio construction industry has come together through both the Christmas Gala and the Toy Drive to contribute more than $435,000 and well over 18,000 toys.
CASA
Structure Tone Southwest has supported Child Advocates San Antonio (CASA) since 2011. The company’s regional vice president, Mark Jones, is a member of CASA’s Board of Governors. CASA’s mission is to recruit, train and supervise court-appointed volunteer advocates who provide constancy for abused and neglected children and youth while advocating for children’s services and placement in safe and permanent homes. Children come into state care not by their own fault but because of the acts and/or negligence of their parents and caregivers. Through our community volunteers, CASA provides critical advocacy and services to these vulnerable, at-risk youth, ensuring that their needs and best interests are addressed.
The Arc of San Antonio
Structure Tone Southwest is a supporter of one of the largest continuum of services for children and adults who have a broad range of developmental disabilities. The Arc of San Antonio was founded in 1954 by parents creating a network of support and services for their children with special needs. Throughout its history, The Arc has responded to the changing needs of San Antonio’s community by developing programs and partnerships that address the most critical issues facing people living with disabilities.
