Our Anti-Retaliation Policy prohibits any form of retaliation against employees who in good faith raise issues or ask questions, report potential violations of company policy or law, or participate in company investigations. Retaliation may include harassment, intimidation, threats, coercion, discrimination, or adverse employment action, such as demotion, suspension, termination, failure to hire or promote, adversely impacted work conditions, or failure to provide work benefits.
