The Gender Pay Gap Information Act, 2021 requires organisations in Ireland to report on their hourly gender pay gap across a range of different data sets.
Structure Tone came within the scope of the legislation in 2025. We welcome the requirement to report our gender pay gap and see this as an important tool to drive progress in our business and in the wider industry.
