Supplier Code
STO Building Group’s Supplier Code of Conduct sets clear expectations for how our suppliers, subcontractors, and business partners must operate—with integrity, fairness, and respect for people and the law. It defines the standards we expect from everyone who contributes to our projects and the broader STOBG platform.
Suppliers must comply with all applicable laws and uphold our standards of ethical conduct within their own organizations and in the work they perform for STOBG. That means suppliers must:
- treat workers fairly, provide safe and healthy workplaces, and prohibit discrimination, harassment, child labor, and modern slavery
- maintain sound business practices, including keeping accurate records, implementing effective internal controls, protecting confidential and personal information, and managing data responsibly
- compete fairly, avoid conflicts of interest, and comply with anti-corruption, trade, and government contracting requirements
- minimize environmental impacts and communicate responsibly about their work with STOBG
Suppliers are responsible not only for meeting these standards themselves but also for ensuring that their subcontractors and suppliers do the same. This includes conducting appropriate due diligence, incorporating these requirements into their contracts, and monitoring lower-tier partners for compliance.
By meeting these expectations, our suppliers help protect our clients, our people, and the integrity of every project we build together.
