In the fast-paced world of data, speed matters. Data center developers like CyrusOne are making speed-to-market a hallmark of their business, and efficient construction can make all the difference.
For this large facility repurposing effort, our team had to work quickly in a design-assist scenario to reuse an existing tilt-up structure while adding an expansion—with only 16 weeks from ground breaking to commissioning and completion. To make it work, our team used custom Structure Tone Southwest-developed, cloud-based tools, which allowed all parties to identify issues and resolve them on the spot. This approach meant the team could continually drive the project toward closure while maintaining complete transparency throughout the process.
As a result, the project was turned over on time as one of the fastest new facilities CyrusOne had ever built.
