What We Do
Interiors
Our interiors portfolio includes projects for global clients such as Google, Amazon, KPMG, Workday, Meta, and Riot Games, as well as leading professional services and design partners. We place a strong emphasis on long-term client relationships, with repeat business representing a significant proportion of our work.
We are recognised for our leadership in sustainability, consistently delivering high-performing fit-out projects that embed low-carbon design principles, responsible material selection, and best-in-class environmental standards from concept through to completion.
Refurbishment
We have successfully delivered major refurbishment and repositioning projects for clients including IPUT Real Estate, PayPal, Spear Street Capital, and SIG. Recent projects include North Wall Quay and Fifteen George’s Quay for IPUT, where we delivered comprehensive upgrades focused on sustainability, building performance, and long-term asset value.
Our refurbishment works typically encompass targeted improvements to building fabric and core services, energy-efficiency upgrades, and the integration of modern, flexible workplace standards. A strong emphasis is placed on extending the life of existing structures and reducing embodied carbon through intelligent retention, reuse and low-impact specification.
Data Centres
Structure Tone Dublin has extensive experience delivering mission critical facilities across Ireland and Europe, with a strong focus on technically complex, high-performance data centre environments.
Key projects include major data centre developments at Grange Castle, Ireland, and Amsterdam (Haarlem) for CyrusOne and Interxion, where we delivered large-scale, resilient facilities to support global hyperscale operations. These projects required rigorous programme control, close coordination with specialist supply chains, and strict adherence to quality, safety, and operational resilience standards.
More recently, we delivered data centre works for eir Ireland in Drogheda, supporting the expansion and modernisation of critical national digital infrastructure. This project demonstrates our capability to deliver mission critical facilities within live environments, with a strong emphasis on reliability, security, and future scalability.
Hotels and Leisure
Structure Tone Dublin has delivered a range of high-quality hospitality and leisure projects, combining technical expertise with a strong focus on quality, programme certainty, and minimal disruption to live environments.
Our experience includes the fit-out works at the renowned Temple Bar Hotel in Dublin city centre. Following the successful completion of the initial phase, we were subsequently appointed to deliver the full renovation of all guest rooms, reception areas, and bar and restaurant spaces.
We have also completed works at the Dylan Hotel in Ballsbridge, delivering high-end refurbishment and fit-out works within a premium hospitality setting, with careful coordination to maintain operational continuity and uphold the brand’s design and service standards.
Pharma
Structure Tone Dublin has extensive experience delivering pharmaceutical and life sciences projects across Ireland, operating within highly regulated environments where safety, quality, and continuity of operations are critical.
Our capabilities include the delivery of high-specification laboratory and life sciences fit-outs, encompassing main and starter laboratories, collaboration and office spaces, equipment rooms, and specialist support facilities. We regularly undertake complex architectural scopes alongside building envelope adaptations to support laboratory operations.
Our project experience includes delivery of cutting-edge life sciences environments such as Cherrywood Labs, demonstrating our capability to deliver technically demanding, compliance-driven facilities that support research, innovation and long-term operational performance.
Healthcare
Structure Tone Dublin has delivered healthcare projects across Ireland within live clinical environments, where patient safety, infection control and continuity of care are paramount.
Our healthcare capability includes the delivery of complex in-patient ward and clinical fit-out projects, involving full demolition and reconfiguration works, new bed wards, nurses’ stations, medication rooms, and essential support spaces. We coordinate the installation of specialist healthcare systems, ensuring full compliance with healthcare and regulatory standards.
Projects such as The Beacon Hospital Fifth Floor Ward Upgrade demonstrate our ability to deliver in fully operational hospitals, requiring meticulous planning, sequencing and logistics management to minimise disruption to adjacent departments and occupied wards, including during accreditation and audit processes.
Our healthcare capability is further supported by the delivery of VeoNet projects in Waterford, Cork and Dublin, showing our ability to consistently deliver controlled, high-quality healthcare environments across multiple locations.
