We have proudly been in business since 1896. We’ve been able to successfully remain at the forefront of the construction industry by adapting to the changing marketplace while remaining true to our fundamental commitments to quality construction, safety, and client satisfaction.
That success has translated into decades of repeat business. Today, more than 80% of our business stems from existing clients, who we support across the Northeast region through our Connecticut-based team.
We provide complete construction services, from interior fit-outs to new building construction, encompassing out-of-the-ground construction, renovations, expansions, infrastructure rehabilitation, and modernization. We provide all preconstruction services as well, such as site selection analysis, due diligence, preliminary budgets, scheduling, and constructability reviews.
Pavarini North East became an integral member of the STO Building Group family of companies in 1996.
