As Life Sciences Sector Leader, Jennie plays a pivotal role in helping the STO Building Group family of builders foster strategic relationships, identify and win new business opportunities, and consistently deliver facilities that help life sciences clients achieve their business objectives. With bachelor’s and master’s degrees in chemical engineering and extensive experience across process and project management roles with industry leaders such as Bristol Meyers Squibb and Sanofi Pasteur, Jennie brings a unique owner’s perspective, wealth of sector knowledge, and a record of building valued client relationships.
A UK Fit-Out Director with over 27 years of experience, Nick Oddy specializes in leading Winning Work strategy, pre-construction, and Business Unit leadership on projects valued up to £250 million GBP.
His leadership and communication skills, combined with strong technical expertise and personal values, position him to deliver exceptional customer experiences from project inception through to high-quality delivery.
He previously served as Managing Director of the Agility fit-out business, where he led the organization for over 3.5 years. During this time, he ensured alignment with company values and strategic objectives, delivering outstanding project experiences and customer service across the Commercial Occupier, Developer-Led, Public, and Education sectors on schemes ranging from £50k to £25 million GBP.
With a multicultural background, Nick brings a deep understanding of global working practices, enabling him to effectively connect values, culture, and customer experience across diverse organizations.
Prior to this, he was responsible for the Pre-Construction function and Winning Work strategy across the entire ISG UK Fit-Out business, including both Major Projects and Agility. In this role, Nick focused on understanding client drivers, building long-term strategic relationships, and securing work with both new and repeat customers.
His final leadership role at ISG centered on driving strategy and vision for the sustainable growth and diversification of the UK Fit-Out business, supporting over £600 million in revenue across commercial occupier, public sector, education, development, and decarbonization sectors.
In October 2024, Nick joined the UK Leadership team at Structure Tone London, where he focuses on the considered, sustainable growth of the business and the implementation of long-term strategies to deliver exceptional client experiences and high-quality projects.
