Structure Tone was the chosen CM for assurance, tax, and advisory services firm BDO’s 18,000sf office renovation on the 12th floor of 1801 Market Street. This cool, collaborative workplace in downtown Philly helps BDO employees provide insight and assessment in manufacturing, distribution, finance, life sciences, and other key industries to clients in Philadelphia and throughout the Delaware Valley.
The Hospital for Special Surgery expanded its outpatient care centers with a new facility in Paramus, NJ. One of the key challenges of the project was incorporating an elevator into a space that previously lacked one.
Located in Las Cimas II, the Austin, Texas headquarters of a software company spans two floors and blends high-end finishes with sustainable solutions. The first floor executive conference suite features a full-height LED wall, premium A/V amenities, and a striking  Formula 1 car display, creating a sophisticated setting for board meetings and company events.
For nearly two decades, Structure Tone has worked on various projects for this financial services client located near Bryant Park. For this pavilion refurbishment, our firm provided preconstruction services for eleven months prior to being awarded construction services.
The progress of Southstone Yards, an impressive 239,000sf project in Frisco, Texas, stands as a monumental achievement in contemporary construction. This architectural masterpiece combines a mass timber structural frame with a concrete core, forming a seven-story office building integrated with an attached parking garage.
To support O'Melveny’s expansion in the Dallas market at its new office location, Structure Tone Southwest was selected to execute comprehensive first-generation interior finish-out services across three floors in a newly constructed 27-story office tower in the city’s vibrant Harwood District. The team successfully completed the finish-out of the new law office, covering approximately 67,000sf on floors 15 through 17.
Structure Tone’s Philadelphia office was selected to complete the renovation of DLA Piper’s office, located on the 48th, 49th and 50th floor of the prestigious One Liberty Place in Center City Philadelphia. The law firm needed to update and modernize the 75,000sf space while also allowing for future expansion.
Structure Tone London was selected by our client, an investment management and research company, to provide pre-construction assistance and oversee the fit-out of their new London headquarters. The works were carried out from Shell & Core to Cat B, spanning across levels six and seven of a recently modernised and highly sought after building in the heart of the City of London.
Structure Tone managed the two-floor office relocation and fit-out for SVB Leerink LLC (now operating as SVB Securities), a leading investment bank specializing in healthcare and technology.
