Structure Tone Boston partnered with Perkins Eastman to build a dynamic new headquarters for American Student Assistance (ASA), a nonprofit dedicated to guiding students through their educational and career journeys. Located on the 20th floor of 33 Arch Street, the 22,000sf space was conceived as a vibrant, collaborative environment that supports both staff and students.

You have never seen a project like this before. This ambitious reimagination entailed the demo of an existing hotel tower and re-building a new 5-star hotel tower, while lifting a Landmarked theatre 31’ in the air to create space for new entertainment and retail spaces at and below grade.
Built in the 1920s, The Quin Hotel is a steel-framed building with structural slabs. Structure Tone managed the hotel’s renovation and expansion, adding a new floor to the existing structure at 101 West 57th Street.
The relocation of the Hospital for Special Surgery’s required an interior fit-out that included exam rooms, machine room, reception, radiology exam room, MRI exam room, exterior parking, and new entrance access.
