BCCI executed a super-dense build-out for Coblentz Patch Duffy & Bass in San Francisco, transforming the existing traditional law office into a contemporary space that reflects the firm’s dynamic culture. The tenant improvements included a refurbished interconnecting stair, training rooms, A/V conference rooms, private and open office space, catering/kitchen, lunch room, several satellite coffee lounges, mechanical upgrades, one MDF room, two IDF rooms, supplemental cooling, remodeled core restrooms, and acoustic-rated modern-fold doors for training room. BCCI was able to achieve Coblentz Patch Duffy & Bass’ high contrast design aesthetic with sleek porcelain floors and a folded ceiling at reception; stone, glass, and millwork along the staircase; slat walls in the corridors; and lighting acting as the unifying element.
