The project, spanning 65,000 SF over a single floor plate, was completed at 30 Knightsbridge in Piscataway, New Jersey. In addition to working alongside the client, the project team included landlord Keystone Properties, JLL Project Management, Gensler Architects, and Rock Brook Consulting Group. Serving not only as office space, but Lixil also utilized this opportunity to showcase many of their latest products, some of which are still under development.
