Structure Tone London was selected by our client, an investment management and research company, to provide pre-construction assistance and oversee the fit-out of their new London headquarters. The works were carried out from Shell & Core to Cat B, spanning across levels six and seven of a recently modernised and highly sought after building in the heart of the City of London.
The design called for the creation of a contemporary, collaborative and flexible workspace for the company’s staff, combined with luxurious, high-quality finishes for the client-facing areas. Notable aspects of the project included the installation of extensive exposed MEP services and acoustic soffit treatments, the development of new critical MEP infrastructure, focus areas, meeting rooms and boardrooms equipped with state-of-the-art AV facilities, extensive tiled and concrete floor finishes, Smartglass installations and heavy use of fabrics, metals and wall mounted graphics and manifestations. More than 2,500 specialist LED lighting fixtures were meticulously procured and installed throughout the client-facing spaces.
Upon completion, the project achieved a BREEAM Excellent rating and was awarded Fitwel 2 Star Accreditation, underscoring its commitment to sustainability and the well-being of its occupants.
