BCCI Construction was selected for the renovation and expansion of this prestigious financial service firm’s San Francisco office. The phased, occupied build-out comprised a trading room with two-story ceilings equipped for 50 flat screen televisions, a full service chef’s kitchen, an executive dining room, state-of-the-art conference rooms, and an architecturally featured glass and steel stair with each riser in perfect alignment with adjacent custom wood paneling. Additional construction and design elements requiring precise attention to detail include expansive hallways of glass office fronts with concealed hardware – achieving the look of floating glass – and individually installed wood ceiling panels. Atop one of San Francisco’s tallest high-rise buildings, the new interiors improvements maximize the 360-degree views of the city and appeal to the firm’s clientele in the business, financial, and technology sectors.
