BCCI Construction had the unique opportunity to provide turnkey architectural and construction services for One Kings Lane’s office relocation. Having built the online retailer’s original San Francisco headquarters in 2012, BCCI partnered with One Kings Lane for the design and build-out of its new South of Market location. Working with a vision provided by One Kings Lane’s in-house designer based in New York, BCCI’s team took the interiors project through design development to permit documentation and construction, while also providing full construction administration. Comprising a full floor, the office showcases One Kings Lane’s spectacular collection of home furnishings while providing collaborative work zones, a variety of meeting areas, and an all-hands meeting space that reflects the company’s culture. Furthermore, BCCI’s team was able to achieve the vision communicated from the client’s designer through a collaborative planning, design, and construction process.
