BCCI Construction delivered an integrated design-build solution for private equity firm P4G Capital Management, designing and constructing a jewel box in a dated space in dire need of an upgrade. The downtown office suite had good bones, and the client had a distinct vision for the workplace they desired. The refresh incorporated vintage-inspired furniture, specialty millwork, and all new finishes for a more modern look and feel. With existing dark terrazzo and wood accents, BCCI installed marble in lighter tones and introduced tasteful pops of color from the client’s palette to liven up the workplace.
