LF Driscoll, in partnership with Pride Enterprises, conducted detailed constructability and estimating reviews with the owner early in the design development phase for a 661-space above ground parking garage. By engaging closely with the design team, we identified key elements that required further detail and refinement to align the project with the owner’s budget.
Innovation Pointe is a multi-phase, high-tech office campus consisting of four five-story buildings. Major sitework was required to accommodate the massive campus infrastructure.
The progress of Southstone Yards, an impressive 239,000sf project in Frisco, Texas, stands as a monumental achievement in contemporary construction. This architectural masterpiece combines a mass timber structural frame with a concrete core, forming a seven-story office building integrated with an attached parking garage.
Structure Tone Southwest successfully completed the interior fit-out for a global Christian-based broadcast network in Ft. Worth, transforming 188,000sf across three exciting phases.
Structure Tone provided general contracting services to BXP for the façade and interior renovation work at 510 Carnegie Center in Princeton, NJ. Designed by KS&S, the new space is open and collaborative providing an upgraded workspace to the building’s clients.
Structure Tone teamed with Boston Properties to complete a 35,000sf amenity center located on the 2nd floor of the GM Building, also known as the Savoy Club. Our scope of work consisted of an on-site conferencing and events center with three rooms divisible by vertical folding partitions, a reception lounge with full-service bar, a cooking kitchen with customizable menu and catering options, casual dining facilities, and first-class gym and spa for prioritizing wellness.
Pavarini McGovern served as the CM to a long-time repeat client for a significant infrastructure upgrade to one of their commercial assets, which remained operational during construction.
Our Pavarini McGovern team was responsible for repositioning two separate outdated office buildings into one new Class A office facility. The unique scope involved combining two existing addresses into one 26-story, 360,000sf structure composed of a new concrete tower attached to an existing 17-story steel structure.
