Structure Tone Southwest successfully completed the interior fit-out for a global Christian-based broadcast network in Ft. Worth, transforming 188,000sf across three exciting phases.
In Phase 1, we made key structural modifications, including demolition, site improvements, and the installation of a truck ramp and overhead doors. Phase 2 saw the creation of four state-of-the-art broadcasting studios, essential support rooms, and a structural mezzanine, along with major upgrades to mechanical and electrical systems. We installed Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS), two 750KW generators, and 34 new Rooftop Units (RTUs) on an elevated platform.
The final phase included constructing a tilt-wall satellite yard for generators, a fuel tank, a modular trailer, and a 27ft satellite dish. Despite a 45-week lead time for the emergency power gear, we efficiently connected the life safety systems to the UPS, ensuring the project was completed on time and met all client requirements.
