Founded in 1971, the company is among the world’s top twenty construction companies worldwide, responsible for more than $3.5B in annual construction volume.
Structure Tone provided construction management services for the reconfiguration of the 26th and 27th floors of Duolingo’s new NYC offices, transforming the space into an open, collaborative hub for over 200 employees. The new layout was designed to accommodate a variety of work styles giving priority to neurodiversity in the workplace, from tranquil reading rooms ideal for focused work to lively, collaborative spaces like the cafeteria.
Located in Las Cimas II, the Austin, Texas headquarters of a software company spans two floors and blends high-end finishes with sustainable solutions. The first floor executive conference suite features a full-height LED wall, premium A/V amenities, and a striking Formula 1 car display, creating a sophisticated setting for board meetings and company events.
ServiceNow expanded its footprint in Dublin by selecting Structure Tone Dublin to complete a 90,000sf fit-out across four floors in a prime central location overlooking Trinity College. This expansion aligns with ServiceNow’s long-term vision to attract top talent by providing a hybrid-friendly, appealing workspace.
In March 2020, Amazon purchased the Lord & Taylor building, a landmark on Fifth Avenue built in 1914, with plans to transform the department store (along with the neighboring Dreicer Building), into a modern, dynamic workplace known as “Hank.” Working with owner’s rep and development manager, Seneca Group, and architect and interior designer, WRNS Studio, Structure Tone managed this massive renovation project, building 17 floors of workspace and best-in-class amenities.
Structure Tone successfully managed the office relocation for GameChanger, relocating them to a 26,000sf space spanning floors 17 and 18 at Zero Irving. Tasked with creating a modern workspace for 100 employees, the project aimed for both functionality and aesthetic appeal.
Riot Games could not have chosen a more apropos location for its Dublin home. The project repurposes the former Wright Venue, a five-storey, iconic nightclub and entertainment venue known for being home to the largest disco ball in Europe.
Fiserv has leased just under 70,000sf in Ten Hanover Quay, a historically significant and protected in Dublin’s Docklands. Over the last year, the innovation-focused company partnered with their trusted construction partner, Structure Tone Dublin, to transform the recently renovated structure into Fiserv’s Irish headquarters.
Structure Tone was selected to carry out the comprehensive CAT B fit-out on the 12th floor of 240 Blackfriars, which included the strip-out of the existing fit-out, as well as elements of the MEP services.
What is the workplace of the future? For Dropbox, the answer lies in their innovative “Virtual First” approach—where remote work is the primary experience, and “Dropbox Studios” are the central gathering spots for collaboration.
Structure Tone New Jersey fit out the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering basis of design for Fiserv’s location in Berkeley Heights, NJ. The four-story building encompasses 428,000sf of space with social work zones, culinary programming, and wellness opportunities for associates.
