After a successful 7th floor refresh, LiveRamp turned to Structure Tone for a 10,000sf interior fit-out on their 9th floor. The open floor plan fosters collaboration and features a welcoming reception, green-accented conference rooms, modular breakout spaces, and a high-end pantry.
Structure Tone provided construction management services for the reconfiguration of the 26th and 27th floors of Duolingo’s new NYC offices, transforming the space into an open, collaborative hub for over 200 employees. The new layout was designed to accommodate a variety of work styles giving priority to neurodiversity in the workplace, from tranquil reading rooms ideal for focused work to lively, collaborative spaces like the cafeteria.
Located in Las Cimas II, the Austin, Texas headquarters of a software company spans two floors and blends high-end finishes with sustainable solutions. The first floor executive conference suite features a full-height LED wall, premium A/V amenities, and a striking Formula 1 car display, creating a sophisticated setting for board meetings and company events.
ServiceNow expanded its footprint in Dublin by selecting Structure Tone Dublin to complete a 90,000sf fit-out across four floors in a prime central location overlooking Trinity College. This expansion aligns with ServiceNow’s long-term vision to attract top talent by providing a hybrid-friendly, appealing workspace.
In March 2020, Amazon purchased the Lord & Taylor building, a landmark on Fifth Avenue built in 1914, with plans to transform the department store (along with the neighboring Dreicer Building), into a modern, dynamic workplace known as “Hank.” Working with owner’s rep and development manager, Seneca Group, and architect and interior designer, WRNS Studio, Structure Tone managed this massive renovation project, building 17 floors of workspace and best-in-class amenities.
Structure Tone successfully managed the office relocation for GameChanger, relocating them to a 26,000sf space spanning floors 17 and 18 at Zero Irving. Tasked with creating a modern workspace for 100 employees, the project aimed for both functionality and aesthetic appeal.
