The Cobbs Creek Foundation is leading the restoration of the historic Cobbs Creek Golf Course in West Philadelphia. This revitalization project includes reconstructing over three miles of creek and tributaries, developing acres of wetlands, fully restoring the original 18-hole course, and adding a new nine-hole course, a short course, a two-story driving range featuring a restaurant, pro shop, and a dedicated space for community events.

You have never seen a project like this before. This ambitious reimagination entailed the demo of an existing hotel tower and re-building a new 5-star hotel tower, while lifting a Landmarked theatre 31’ in the air to create space for new entertainment and retail spaces at and below grade.
Following nearly 15 years of planning, construction, and fundraising, The Jackie Robinson Museum (JRM) is open. In partnership with Zubatkin, Gensler, ME Engineering, and the Jackie Robinson Foundation (JRF), Structure Tone transformed the ground floor of 75 Varick Street into a space dedicated to the remarkable life and legacy of the legend who became the first African American to play Major League Baseball in 1947.
Independence Mall gained a new unique, and immersive experience that illustrates and celebrates the relationship between faith and liberty in America from its founding to today.
As part of a major capital campaign, Villanova University redeveloped the southern part of their campus. Previously a wide-open parking lot, the area now hosts student housing, retail, dining and The John and Joan Mullen Center for the Performing Arts Center (PAC), the crown jewel of the development.
