Our continued partnership with PepsiCo at the Frito-Lay Headquarters in Plano, Texas has been rewarding. Nearly two decades after our Dallas team completed the original 520,000sf space, we had the privilege of returning to enhance key areas—prioritizing both functionality and design.
Structure Tone Southwest completed an 8,500sf office renovation for a prestigious law firm, transforming the space into a sophisticated and highly functional environment. The project involved expanding offices, shifting corridor walls, and creating new workspaces that seamlessly blend elegance with practicality.
We have our part in building the future of food with Goya’s world headquarters. This Jersey City ground up industrial food distribution center included on-site improvements to the 42-acre property comprised of a 13.
A former manufacturing facility, this ground up construction involved extensive demolition with asbestos abatement and a speculative warehouse including office space and primary power service.
This project included a full sitework package that was developed on a 73-acre site. Building trades were sequenced to work continuously to limit remobilization cost and sequenced to minimize the overall construction schedule.
Kapi’olani Medical Center is known for its tremendous care throughout Hawaii and the Pacific Rim. Prior to the completion of this facility, children needing inpatient medical care were treated in an outdated building from the 1950s.
Innovation Pointe is a multi-phase, high-tech office campus consisting of four five-story buildings. Major sitework was required to accommodate the massive campus infrastructure.
Completed in 2019, the Utah Tech University Human Performance Center is an award-winning hub for students and faculty focused on fitness. It is equipped to host local, regional, and state high school games, swim meets, Huntsman World Senior Games competitions, and community-sponsored sporting events.

In collaboration with architect G70, Layton Construction led a design-build project for the University of Hawaii at Manoa’s Life Sciences Building. The process began with a demolition of the university’s existing structure, Henke Hall, and the removal and replacement of contaminated soil for the new facility.

Located in the suburbs of Salt Lake City, Utah, the new 85,000sf Michael J. Bouwhuis Allied Health Building at Davis Technical College in Kaysville has officially added a new and modern state-of-the-art facility.
When Nicola Farinetti and his team chose London for Eataly’s latest location it was natural for them to turn to longstanding collaborators Structure Tone to deliver their new premises: Structure Tone’s Global Platform has been intentionally designed to service international corporate customers such as Eataly, and after successfully delivering projects in New York, Toronto and Dallas a vast reservoir of knowledge and relationships had been amassed.

Our team has been partnering with the Philadelphia Museum of Art to preserve, renovate, and enhance the museum experience in projects large and small since 2004. Since the beginning, it has been important to us to approach each job in one of Philadelphia’s most celebrated Art Deco structures with deliberate care for the building and its delicate contents.
The west side of Midtown Manhattan is having a moment. For decades, the acres around the rail yards were largely seen as undevelopable given the industrial use.

Free Library of Philadelphia, Parkway Central Branch Renovations
When renovation plans began in earnest in 2006, the Parkway Central Library building was only 35% accessible to the public. Today, 68% of the building is now usable with 41,000sf of new community space developed in the area that previously housed the library’s impressive book stacks.
The Royal College of General Practitioners’ (RCGP)
Structure Tone London managed the construction of the new headquarters offices of 30 Euston Square for The Royal College of General Practitioners’ (RCGP) in their first move in half a century.
Barbizon
Built in 1927 as a residential hotel for women, the Barbizon was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1982. After acquiring the property in 2002, Berwind Property Group determined to convert it to luxury condos in 2004, bringing in Cetra/Ruddy as designers and Pavarini McGovern as builders.
The Philadelphia Museum of Art Core Project
Since 2004 we have been partnering with the team at the Art Museum to conduct numerous renovations as part of their master plan to modify and renovated the historic building, and we were delighted when they trusted us with executing the latest and most delicate phase of Frank Gehry’s Master Plan - known as the Core Project - for the historic landmark museum.
