In 2018, Pavarini North East partnered with Manhattan College as they launched a phased program to renew their south campus. Leo Hall, the original engineering building, underwent a partial renovation that included a 30,000sf new addition, while the brand-new Higgins Engineering and Science Center was built next door.
Our organization’s presence at the Flyers Training Center in Voorhees, NJ, began in 2000 with LF Driscoll working there when the facility opened. Over a decade later, Structure Tone Philadelphia joined the team, partnering with the Flyers’ facility operations team on several phases of renovations.
Located on the 20th floor of the Hartford Steam Boiler Inspection and Insurance Company (HSB) building, The Foundry is a stunning bar/restaurant that offers amazing ambiance, exceptional service, and stunning views of downtown Hartford.
This confidential financial client’s west office renovation consisted of a 100,000sf fit-out across four floors. The new space was built to enhance productivity and office collaboration.
This project encompasses the comprehensive transformation of Building 10 at The Campus in Cherrywood. The objective was to create state-of-the-art life science laboratories, modern offices, meeting spaces, event facilities, a canteen, equipment rooms, and all associated infrastructure.

Saint Joseph’s University (SJU) selected LF Driscoll as construction manager for comprehensive renovation to its campus recreation and athletic facility, including a natatorium. This 72,000sf project encompassed upgrades to athletic locker rooms, showers, training spaces, weight and fitness rooms, a new cardio area, elevators, the natatorium, and outdoor areas.
Structure Tone provided comprehensive construction management services for Brightstar Capital Partners’ office relocation, moving the private equity firm from 650 Fifth Avenue to a newly designed space on the 18th floor of 51 West 52nd Street. The project, spanning approximately 24,000sf, involved building out an unoccupied floor within a fully occupied building, with the added challenge of maintaining appropriate noise levels throughout the day due to the property management office directly above.
