Structure Tone Southwest recently completed a 10,000sf interior renovation for the Women’s Breast Clinic at University Health, a valued repeat client. This renovation was part of a larger building repositioning project, designed to elevate the clinic into a modern, patient-centered.

To expand patient care capacity, Hackensack Meridian Health’s Jersey Shore University Medical Center partnered with LF Driscoll to renovate the Ackerman Pavilion. The 21,000sf project transformed three floors of the historic building into modernized care environments, adding 40 new beds for obstetrics and medical/surgical services.
Structure Tone was appointed to deliver a 13,000 sq ft Cat B fit out for global proprietary trading firm DV Trading, located on Level 31 of the iconic 20 Fenchurch Street – better known as the ‘Walkie-Talkie’ building.
Structure Tone Philadelphia provided construction management services for a new 4,000sf faculty dental clinic at Temple University’s Kornberg School of Dentistry. The suite includes treatment rooms, staff areas, and administrative support spaces.
Structure Tone partnered with M Moser Associates to deliver a dynamic, hospitality-inspired workplace for a confidential client in Manhattan. Spanning two floors, the space features a hotel-lobby feel, interconnecting staircase, wellness amenities, and a 20x20 ft ultra-HD LED wall.
CFC Underwriting’s 90,000 sq ft headquarters at 8 Bishopsgate redefines the high-end, technology-led workplace. Delivered on time and snag-free, the six-floor fit-out blends open-plan workspaces, collaborative hubs, premium client areas, and striking design features like the ‘Sea of Lights’—1,000 light cans illuminating the reception and staircase.
