Structure Tone provided comprehensive construction management services for Brightstar Capital Partners’ office relocation, moving the private equity firm from 650 Fifth Avenue to a newly designed space on the 18th floor of 51 West 52nd Street. The project, spanning approximately 24,000sf, involved building out an unoccupied floor within a fully occupied building, with the added challenge of maintaining appropriate noise levels throughout the day due to the property management office directly above.
Crowell & Moring, a prestigious global law firm with a stronghold in New York, partnered with Structure Tone to manage the construction of their office relocation to floors 44-45 at 2 Manhattan West. Spanning 72,000sf, this project aimed to create a sophisticated and functional workspace tailored to the firm’s standards.
When Charter Communications set out to relocate to their new headquarters in Stamford, they chose our firm to serve as their construction manager. Charter needed a space that would accommodate its growing team, while also anticipating future goals.

LF Driscoll, in partnership with Pride Enterprises, conducted detailed constructability and estimating reviews with the owner early in the design development phase for a 661-space above ground parking garage. By engaging closely with the design team, we identified key elements that required further detail and refinement to align the project with the owner’s budget.
LF Driscoll and Perryman skillfully managed the interests of multiple project stakeholders—including developer Mosaic, owner University of Pennsylvania, the owner’s representative Watchdog, retail tenant McDonald's, SEPTA, and separate design teams—for this building’s core/shell construction and tenant fit-out.
Working with Tishman Speyer, Structure Tone led the fit-out and provided construction services for Lane Management on the 8th floor of The MetLife Building. This is the first New York office for this boutique, relationship-driven real estate investment manager’s first New York office.
Structure Tone Southwest, through a series of successfully completed projects, has established a lasting partnership with Westlake. Our first collaboration began with Dallas facility, where brought the space to life with sleek design elements, including terrazzo flooring and a dome ceiling that complements Westlake's spa-like ambiance.
When Westlake Dermatology set out to enhance their Lakeway, Texas, clinic, they saw an opportunity to elevate the patient experience while preserving the luxury synonymous with their brand. The redesigned space reflects their dedication and commitment to high-end care, featuring custom millwork and finishes that perfectly embody the Westlake brand.
