Structure Tone provided construction management services for a leading proprietary financial services company’s relocation to a 24,000sf office in the Hudson Square area of Manhattan. The workplace was designed to balance the operational requirements of a fast-paced trading firm with employee wellness and collaboration.
The fit-out includes private offices, conference rooms, trading desks, and open workstations. Critical IT and UPS infrastructure includes a dedicated supplemental cooling system with a standalone chiller to support the firm’s technology-intensive environment. A sophisticated trading floor serves as the heart of the office, equipped with integrated A/V technology, custom monitor arrays, and specialty lighting elements designed to support around-the-clock market activity.
Complementing the workplace are a variety of employee-focused amenities, including a fitness center with four private restroom/shower suites, a large café with breakout area, and a dedicated game room featuring recreational and social spaces. Throughout the office, warm wood finishes, custom light features, and expansive perimeter windows create an environment that feels both modern and welcoming.
