JPMorgan Chase Global Headquarters
Structure Tone New York helped deliver JPMorgan Chase’s new global headquarters at 270 Park Avenue, a 2.5Msf, all-electric tower that redefines the modern workplace in Midtown Manhattan. Designed to accommodate 10,000 employees and thousands of daily visitors, the building combines sustainable design, advanced technology, and wellness-focused amenities to create a world-class destination for work, collaboration, and client engagement.
Our team completed a 175,000sf fit-out across seven premier floors, including a three-floor, 75,000sf executive suite and a four-floor, 100,000sf client center. The executive suite seamlessly blends private offices, boardrooms, and open workspaces, while acoustic enhancements and zoned mechanical systems provide comfort, privacy, and flexibility. An interconnecting stair creates a striking connection between the executive areas and client center above.
Designed to host events at the highest level, the client center includes three full-service kitchens, partner dining areas, and versatile venues tailored to a range of functions. Signature features include a 5,000sf multipurpose room and a dramatic curved video wall that serves as the space’s focal point.
Delivering these spaces required careful coordination within an active construction environment. Structure Tone managed the fit-out while core and shell work continued throughout the building, partnering closely with the owner, architects, engineers, and trade partners to align design intent, constructability, and schedule. Custom finishes, hospitality-driven spaces, and sophisticated A/V systems demanded seamless integration across multiple teams and workstreams.
When project challenges emerged, collaboration and adaptability kept work moving forward. Daily planning sessions enabled teams to quickly adjust schedules, refine sequencing, coordinate commissioning activities, and share lessons learned. To meet critical milestones, the project team mobilized resources for extended premium-time operations, maintaining a seven-day work schedule for more than 100 consecutive days.
The result was the successful delivery of six floors, including oversight of a multi-phased employee move into the new headquarters. More than a complex interior fit-out, the project stands as a testament to technical excellence, innovative problem-solving, and the power of collaboration in delivering one of New York City’s most significant workplaces.
