Tommy Hilfiger
Tommy Hilfiger’s flagship store in New York City is an 11,100sf, four-story (three above grade, one below grade) retail store located in the heart of SoHo.
The building is steel framed with a poured in place concrete foundation that necessitated the underpinning of two adjoining buildings. With large storefront windows on two sides, the pre-cast storefront exterior is designed to replicate the pressed metal facades of nearby buildings of this trendy SoHo neighborhood.
