Tom Ike
Tom Ike is the Executive Vice President of Sales for Lutron Electronics where he is focused on developing the company’s sales and business in the Americas. A proven business leader, Ike has over 30 years of lighting and lighting control experience.
Ike has held a variety of leadership roles throughout his career with Lutron, including Vice President of Global Sales, Vice President of North American Sales and Commercial Systems General Manager. He also served as a member of the Lutron Executive Board reporting to the Chairman and CEO.
In 2014, Ike became the CEO and Owner of Chelsea Lighting. He held this position for eight years before rejoining Lutron in his current role. Ike is a frequent speaker and panelist at conferences and events focused on sustainable design and construction. He is a member of the National Association of Electrical Distributors Ike has been an advisory council member of Electri International and a governor for the Urban Land Institute Foundation.
Ike earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from Moravian University He serves on Moravian’s Board of Trustees and is a member of the Moravian University Hall of Fame. Ike received post graduate training in the executive education programs at the Harvard Business School and the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
Tom enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, golfing, and attending his sons’ sporting events.
