Structure Tone provided comprehensive construction management services for Brightstar Capital Partners’ office relocation, moving the private equity firm from 650 Fifth Avenue to a newly designed space on the 18th floor of 51 West 52nd Street. The project, spanning approximately 24,000sf, involved building out an unoccupied floor within a fully occupied building, with the added challenge of maintaining appropriate noise levels throughout the day due to the property management office directly above.
Structure Tone successfully managed the office relocation for GameChanger, relocating them to a 26,000sf space spanning floors 17 and 18 at Zero Irving. Tasked with creating a modern workspace for 100 employees, the project aimed for both functionality and aesthetic appeal.
Structure Tone managed the massive fit-out of WarnerMedia’s headquarters at Hudson Yards, a move that combines the organization’s divisions, including CNN, truTV, Warner Bros., and HBO, in one location.
Looking to build a New York showroom that serves as the “window” to their brand, Bali-based jewelry company John Hardy worked with Structure Tone to develop their space on the 13th floor of 330 Hudson Street. John Hardy’s unique, LEED® Gold certified workplace includes interior private and executive offices, open workstations, a communal dining area, an extensive design library, meeting/flex rooms, support spaces, small exhibition areas, a high-end elevator lobby and a Great Hall/hospitality-style reception area.
Structure Tone provided construction management services for the tenant fit-out for GroundTruth (formerly xAd) on the 60th floor of One World Trade Center.
