CBRE
BCCI was hired as general contractor for the build-out of CBRE’s new high-performing, Workplace360 office concept located at Salesforce Tower, San Francisco’s tallest skyscraper. Designed to transform how people work and connect, the new office which is home to more than 200 employees optimizes the use of the physical space and is focused on choice and flexibility with no assigned desks or private offices.
The two-floor workplace is comprised of open workspaces, executive boardrooms, a variety of huddle and conference rooms, focus rooms for privacy, a pantry, a breakroom, as well as lounge areas with some of the best views of the city. Additionally, a central staircase with natural wood elements connects the two floors, improves circulation, and creates visual interest.
As part of CBRE’s commitment to sustainability in the built environment, the office is LEED-CI Gold certified and has aspects of the WELL Building Standard, supporting occupant health and wellness, integrated throughout the space.
